In these Terms, "Stickeryeti" refers to B&B Labels SĂ rl, operating under the Stickeryeti brand. "You" refers to the customer, whether a private individual or a business.

Acceptance of the Terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on Stickeryeti's websites, as well as orders made via any other communication channels provided by B&B Labels SĂ rl.
These Terms are available in French, German, English, and Italian. In the event of any interpretation discrepancies between the different versions, the French version shall prevail.

Acceptation des conditions
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepts these terms without reservation. Any contrary or deviating provisions from the customer shall not prevail, unless expressly accepted in writing by B&B Labels SĂ rl.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions
B&B Labels SĂ rl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the order is placed. A copy of the current terms can be obtained upon request by contacting support@stickeryeti.com.

Article 2 – Order

Products and Services
Stickeryeti primarily offers personalized sticker printing for sale. All products available in the online store are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All orders must be placed online via Stickeryeti's website. In the event the customer is unable to place an order online, an offline/manual order may be accepted exceptionally, subject to validation by Stickeryeti. An additional processing fee of CHF 50.00 will then be charged on top of the order amount.
Graphic editing and file adaptation services are included in the product sale price. However, these edits are limited to the technical optimization of the files and do not include substantial modifications to the design provided by the customer. To ensure optimal results, we recommend referring to our technical guidelines available here.

Customer Responsibility for Content
By ordering a personalized product, the customer guarantees:
- Ownership of all rights to the graphic elements, logos, and photographs provided to Stickeryeti, or that explicit authorization has been obtained from the rights holder.
- All necessary permissions have been obtained from individuals appearing in the images used.
The customer agrees not to send any content that:
- Violates applicable law
- Is harmful to public order or morals (e.g., obscene, pornographic, defamatory, inciting hatred or violence content).
Stickeryeti reserves the right to refuse any order whose content does not meet these criteria. In the event of non-compliance, the order may be canceled without the possibility of a refund.

Ownership of Production Means
The production means established by Stickeryeti (production electronic data, cutting shapes, design files, etc.) remain the exclusive property of B&B Labels SĂ rl. No transfer of rights or ownership of these elements is granted to the customer, even after the delivery of the finished products.

Article 3 – Proof of Print (PP) and Printing Confirmation

Definition and Role of the Proof of Print (PP)
Before the production of a personalized product begins, you must validate a Proof of Print (PP). This digital document allows you to verify the accuracy of the design to be printed, particularly with a regard to dimensions, layout, and colors.

Verification and Adjustments
Once your file is submitted, Stickeryeti will conduct a technical verification and may, if necessary, make minor graphic adjustments included in the sale price. These adjustments are strictly limited to technical optimizations (margins, bleed, cutting lines). Stickeryeti will not make any substantial design changes or corrections for spelling or grammar on the submitted elements. Issues with Submitted Files
If the file submitted by the customer is in an incorrect format, of poor quality, or requires additional information, Stickeryeti will contact the customer by email to obtain a compliant file.
Multiple reminders will be sent, and the customer has a period of 28 days to provide a valid file or the requested information.
After this period, and if no response is received from the customer, the order will be considered abandoned with no possibility of a refund. Only production may be required upon written request to support@stickeryeti.com .

Request for Modifications Before the Proof of Print (PP) Submission
Before the Proof of Print (PP) is sent, the customer can request changes regarding dimensions, vinyl type, quantity, or design. All requests must be made by email to support@stickeryeti.com and will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Stickeryeti.
Depending on the requested changes:
- A refund in the form of a gift voucher redeemable on the Stickeryeti platform may be offered.
- A new charge may apply if the changes incur additional costs.

Request for Modifications After the Proof of Print (PP) Submission
After the Proof of Print (PP) has been sent, the customer can request changes regarding the dimensions of the design, alignments, bleeds, and cutting lines. All modification requests must be submitted through the chat related to the PP to be considered.
For any modification request regarding the type of vinyl used, the order quantity, or the sticker dimensions, it must be submitted by email to support@stickeryeti.com and will be accepted or rejected at the sole discretion of Stickeryeti.
If a new file, visual, or design is sent by the customer, particularly involving a new cutting path, a processing fee of CHF 15.00 may be charged.

Proof of Print (PP) Validation Deadline
After submitting the file, you will receive an email link allowing you to view and validate the Proof of Print (PP). You have a period of 28 days to validate it. Any modification request must be submitted before the PP validation.
After this period and in the absence of your validation, the order will be considered abandoned with no possibility of a refund. Only production may be required upon written request to support@stickeryeti.com.

Irreversibility After Validation
Once the Proof of Print (PP) is validated, the order becomes final and irreversible. No cancellation or modifications will be possible after validation, including for quantities, formats, or types of printing materials.

Start of Production and Lead Times
Production begins automatically after PP validation.
The production lead times are:
- 2 to 5 business days for stickers
- 10 business days for roll labels
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the volume of orders and production capacity.

Article 4 – Delivery

Delivery Methods and Areas
Deliveries are made via Swiss Post. Stickeryeti ships its products to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Europe.

Pricing and Delivery Conditions
Prices and delivery fees are indicated in the currency selected at the time of order. The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order confirmation.
Standard delivery fees are CHF 9.90 (VAT included) or € 9.82 (VAT included). Delivery is free for any order totaling CHF 199.00 excluding VAT or € 199.00 excluding VAT.
Our offers are valid as long as the product is available. If a product is out of stock after order confirmation, you will be notified by email, and an alternative solution will be proposed.

Customs and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, import duties and local taxes may apply according to the regulations in the destination country. There are two options available:

Customs Clearance by Stickeryeti :
Applicable customs fees are calculated and added at the time of order. Additional costs may be charged in the event of random customs inspections.
For orders under €150.00 (including delivery fees), VAT is included during the payment process. - Customs Clearance by the Customer :
LImport duties and local taxes will be collected directly upon arrival of the parcel and will be fully charged to the customer. This applies to all commercial orders above €1.00, as well as any private orders exceeding €150.00.
In certain countries, additional customs processing fees may be charged by customs authorities.
If customs require double VAT payment upon importation, please send us the customs invoice along with the payment receipt by email to support@stickeryeti.com We will review the case and, if applicable, proceed with a refund of the excess amount.

Responsibility and Claims for Non-Receipt
Stickeryeti is responsible for the delivery of orders until they are received by the customer.
If an order is not received within the estimated delivery times, you must contact us within 14 days of the order date at support@stickeryeti.com for an investigation to be opened with the carrier.
No claim for non-receipt will be accepted if you do not contact us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation from the carrier. After this period, the order will be considered delivered and accepted.

Returns and Reshipments
If a package is returned to Stickeryeti due to an error attributable to the customer (incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, refusal to pay customs fees), the return and reshipment fees will be borne by the customer.
Process for Returned Packages:
- Stickeryeti will inform the customer via email about the return of the package and the applicable reshipment fees.
- The customer has 30 days to settle these fees and request reshipment.
- If the fees are not settled within this period, Stickeryeti may freely dispose of the order, and no refund or compensation can be claimed.

Article 5 – Price, Payment, and Billing

Currency and Taxes
The prices of the products are charged in the currency displayed on the site where the customer places the order. For Switzerland, the prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are displayed including VAT (all taxes included), according to the applicable legislation. For other markets, the prices are displayed in the local currency, generally in Euros (EUR), and are indicated excluding taxes (VAT not included). Any applicable taxes and customs duties will be added during the order process or invoiced upon receipt in accordance with local regulations.

Payment Methods
Stickeryeti accepts the following payment methods:

Payment by Invoice (CembraPay) – Switzerland only
The payment by invoice option (including installment payments) is managed by CembraPay SA. The terms and conditions and privacy policy of CembraPay SA apply.
If you have not received the CembraPay AG invoice by email within 5 days of your order, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our support at support@stickeryeti.com so that we can assist you.

Payment by Credit Card
Stickeryeti accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. For credit card payments, the transaction will be charged at the time the goods are shipped.
If an item is out of stock or has been canceled, the customer's credit card will not be charged. Stickeryeti is not responsible for any bank charges incurred in connection with a credit card transaction.

Payment via PayPal
You can pay Stickeryeti via PayPal. In this case, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The amount is debited at the time the order is shipped.

Payment by Invoice (CembraPay) – Switzerland only

Billing
An invoice detailing the purchased products, delivery fees, and applicable VAT will be sent by email after the order is confirmed. You must verify the accuracy of the information provided during the order. No changes can be made to the invoice after it has been issued.

Refunds
In case of a refund, Stickeryeti generally processes the refund via the same payment method used during the order. In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued via an alternative method, subject to prior agreement between Stickeryeti and the customer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal
Stickeryeti products fall under the category of “goods made to customer specifications and clearly tailored to personal needs”. According to the applicable laws, the right of withdrawal for these products cannot be exercised. Any confirmed and produced order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded, unless there are proven defects in the product.
However, in exceptional cases, cancellation may be accepted at Stickeryeti's sole discretion. Processing fees may apply, depending on the status of the order and the work already completed (graphic adjustments, file preparation, administrative management).
If cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher, valid exclusively on the Stickeryeti platform.
Any cancellation request must be made by email to support@stickeryeti.com . Stickeryeti reserves the right to refuse a cancellation if production has already begun or if the order is too far along to be stopped.

Claims for Defective or Non-Compliant Products
If the delivered products are defective or not in accordance with the order, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit note, subject to verification of the affected goods by Stickeryeti.
To initiate a claim, you must send an email to support@stickeryeti.com within 7 days of receiving the order. This email must include:
- Photos of the defective or non-compliant product
- If necessary, images showing the product in use
After this 7-day period, the order is considered valid and final. You are therefore required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.

Return Process and Responsibility for Costs
If a return is necessary after the claim has been validated, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. No return will be accepted without prior validation by Stickeryeti. In case of proven non-compliance of the product, return costs may be reimbursed upon submission of proof.
Once the goods are returned and inspected, Stickeryeti may offer:
- A replacement of the product
- A refund of the purchase price
- A credit note to be used for a future order.
The solution applied will be determined after discussion with our customer service, depending on the issue observed and the availability of the product.

Usual Tolerances and Printing Variations
Usual industry tolerances apply in terms of manufacturing and materials, particularly concerning:
- Cutting precision
- Reproduction accuracy
- Color shades
- Quality of printing materials.
Any tolerances imposed on Stickeryeti by its suppliers also apply to customers.
Slight color variations may occur between screen display and the final product, particularly if the submitted graphic files are not in CMYK mode. These differences do not constitute grounds for a claim.
Once the Proof of Print (PP) is confirmed, no further modifications will be possible. Any reprints or new orders will be at the customer's expense.

Limitation of Liability
Stickeryeti's liability is limited solely to the replacement of the product or the refund of the purchase price. Any claim for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, loss of profits, or any other financial harm, is expressly excluded.

Article 7 – Responsibility and Limitation

Customer Responsibility in the Use of Products
The products ordered must be used in accordance with Stickeryeti's recommendations. The customer is fully responsible for the usage of the products. No claims will be accepted in case of incorrect or inappropriate use of the products.
Technical Issues and Support
In case of a technical issue related to the use of the website or processing of an order, you can contact Stickeryeti by email at support@stickeryeti.com. We are committed to doing our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Responsibility for Submitted and Approved Files
The customer is fully responsible for the graphic files submitted to Stickeryeti and validated for production. No claims will be accepted in case of errors or defects related to the files provided by the customer, including typographical errors, insufficient resolution, or layout issues.
Furthermore, Stickeryeti cannot be held responsible if a Proof of Print (PP) approved by the customer contains errors that were not noticed and reported before approval. The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all elements of the PP before approving it, as no modifications or corrections will be possible after validation.
The approval of the PP serves as a signature and holds contractual value. By approving the PP, the customer expressly agrees to all the elements of the file and acknowledges their responsibility for the accuracy of the content.
Reprinting in Case of Major Defects
A free reprint will only be carried out in the case of a major defect, as determined solely by Stickeryeti. As mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, slight color variations may occur between the digital file and the final print. These differences do not justify a reprint unless there is a significant deviation from the printing standards.
Loss and Damage of Package During Delivery
In case of loss of a package, Stickeryeti will handle the procedures with the carrier. A free reprint and new shipment will be made once the loss is confirmed.
If a package arrives damaged, you must immediately report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery. If this is not possible, contact Stickeryeti by email with detailed images and all necessary information so that we can open a claim with the carrier and find a suitable solution.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

Respect for the Client's Rights
Stickeryeti will never use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. No reproduction, distribution, or reuse of the files submitted will be made without your prior consent.
Unless otherwise stated by you, you tacitly acknowledge that Stickeryeti has the right to use the orders and products created for communication and promotional purposes. Stickeryeti reserves the right to photograph orders during production and distribute these images on its various communication channels, including its website, social media, and marketing materials.
No compensation or remuneration can be claimed for this. However, this consent may be withdrawn at any time upon written request sent by email to support@stickeryeti.com

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), as well as all transactions entered into with Stickeryeti, are governed by Swiss law. Subject to other mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to contracts concluded with consumers, any disputes, conflicts, or claims arising from the contract and these General Terms or related thereto will be resolved by the competent courts in 1950 Sion (Switzerland).
Amicable Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Stickeryeti will make every effort to find an amicable solution before considering legal action. We encourage you to contact us first at support@stickeryeti.com to attempt to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Modification of General Terms and Conditions
Stickeryeti reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time to adapt to legal, technical, or commercial changes. The applicable version is the one in effect at the date of the order, as displayed at the top of this document.
